FFF will offer 2 options for Paddle League this summer.

  1. SUP Technique Training - Monday & Tuesday nights (beginning May 27 & 28 - 6 weeks total)

  2. Open Race Series 2x/Week - Wednesday evenings & Saturday mornings (beginning May 8 - August)

You may choose to do one OR both. Read more below to learn about each option.
Once you are registered, more information will be shared on potential races in the central-states region
along with additional practice dates/times.

League mission statement

FFF SUP League’s mission is to help fellow paddlers advance their SUP skills while supporting one another at whatever level they are at currently. Along with physical skills acquired, our league’s goals will be to learn proper technique and terminology, offering support to those striving for race-level skills, and exhibiting attitudes of future ambassadors to the sport of SUP. Positivity, encouragement, and determination will be the strength of our team and fun will be the unavoidable consequence!

$150 - 6 weeks (90 minutes each night) / Open race series free

  • 6 Weeks of SUP Race Technique Training
    Choose which night to attend… Monday or Tuesday

  • Coaching from a certified team of coaches

  • Limited class sizes for optimal training focus

  • Dedication to helping you improve your SUP Racing Technique

  • Communication and documentation of personal goals and improvements

  • Race day support at races in the Central States area

 
 

OPTION 2

Open Race series

$25/seas - recorded Timed miles / discounted rental / NO Coaching

Thursday evenings 6:30 PM
OR
Saturday mornings 7:30 AM

  • Documentation of timed 1 mile or 3 mile course posted to team site

  • Snacks / Drinks social after paddle
    (provided by team members)

  • Boards available for Rent at a reduced rate
